We provide Military dog tag chain,Here below is our chain information:

a.External diameter of the bead of which the necklace is made: 2.3 mm +/- 0.15mm

b.Distribution: 29 beads per 100 mm length of necklace

c.Tearing strength of necklace is 6.8 – 14.5 kg including between beads.

d.Chain material available: stainless steel type 304 or 316 or steel coated with nickel,brass coat with nickel.

e.Finishing: (Polished & Lacquered) The beads of the necklace is shiny and polished entirely.

f.The finished product is flexible.
The beads are identical and rotate freely along the length axis.
After completion the finished necklace is thoroughly cleaned, and be free from grease, oil, rough surfaces or irregularities which may scratch, cut or otherwise cause discomfort to the wearer and shall be free from other defects which will affect appearance or serviceability.

g.The closure easy to open without jams yet do not open randomly or without intent.

h.We can supply Certificate of our chains for its environment friendly.

Packing and Marking:

i.100 necklaces packed in a polyurethane (PE) bag of proper size so that the necklaces do not get tangled in one another.

Thickness of the bag is around 80 µm.

j.Each bag marked with paper label size 60*100 mm (label will be provided).

k.A round number (50, 100, etc…) of bags placed in a quality carton box.2000pcs per carton. The weight of each carton will not over 20kg.
